Are you wasting your money every time you go to the salon? You could be if you dont maintain your hair's moisture or if you use non-compatible hair products. Bad habits like these could be reversing all the work your stylist has done to keep your hair healthy.
There are a few tools that you should keep handy to maintain your hair. First, you need to obtain the proper shampoo and conditioner for your hair type. Second, you will need a leave-in conditioner that will help aide you in combing out your hair while it's wet. Third, consider using a daily hair cream to help with fly aways and dullness. Lastly, invest in a satin/silk scarf for protection of the hair while you sleep.
It's not a good idea to choose your maintenance products based on price. Rather consider what your hair needs specifically and invest in professional products that will help you keep your hair at it's best. Hair that is well maintained will need less in-salon care, fewer trims/cuts, less styling products, and most important healthy hair will cost you less money over time. Your hairstyles will hold up better beacuse of your at home due dilligence.
Seek out a hair care professional to point you in the right direction for your hair. Be faithful in your at home hair care. Compare the way your styles last after a month of regulary caring for your hair. You will see 100% return on your investment.
The fall season can easily be defined as the season of transition. Because, it's the time of the year when the new tv shows we love to watch start back up. It's the season when the nights roll in faster, the temperature cools down, and the leaves fall off the trees. It's also the season where companies decide who gets a raise and who can move on to a new position at work. What it is not, is a season where people have time to worry or fuss over their hair.
However, this season, the fall trends are easy and maintence free. Just incorapate the side braid, low ponytails, full curls or waves, and/or decorative hair accessories in your daily styling. With the addition of just one of these fall trends you will be ready for any corporate function or holiday get-together with little to no effort.
Embrace the season of transition and use the extra time that you now have to complete your todo list before winter comes.
